It is an absolute priority for us that your shipment is with you on time! In the event that the product you selected cannot be ordered at the moment, we will be happy to suggest an alternative.

We deliver in all traditional ways via the Balikovna, Packeta, One by allegro and DPD. It is also possible to pick up your goods in person in Havířov, directly from us. ATTENTION, when picking up in person, you cannot pay by card, only in cash. You can pay via GoPay or bank transfer option on our e-store. If we have the goods in our internal stock, they can be delivered to you within 2 working days.

Please use our € account for payments from abroad. If you need goods with a longer maturity or have other specific requirements, do not hesitate to contact us! More information about delivery, payments and delivery times can be found in the individual sections, and the current and final prices are always available after placing them in the shopping cart at the checkout.


POSTAGE AND TRANSPORT

How do we get the shipment to you?

You can pick up the purchased goods in person at the headquarters of our company in Havířov, you can also use the services of one of the offered carriers. You have a choice of shipping within the Balikovna, Packeta, One by allegro or DPD.

!ATTENTION! We only offer shipping directly through the e-shop for services that can be directly selected in the e-shop.

If you need your order delivered in a different way or by a different carrier than the one listed, please contact us and we will be happy to make arrangements. Sometimes it may also happen that the service you have chosen is not available, for example due to full capacity. In this case we will contact you and offer an alternative transport solution.



PERSONAL PICKUP IN HAVIROV (Czech Republic)

The goods can be picked up for FREE by prior arrangement from 8:00 to 15:30 at our address:

You can make the payment by card or by bank transfer and after crediting the amount, we send the shipment. It is usually delivered the next business day after shipping.

CZECH POST (CZECH REPUBLIC & ABROAD)

The standard services of the Czech Post have been replaced by the Balíkovna service from 2025. In case you want to use specific services of the Czech Post or send abroad, please contact us. The price for sending other than the standard way via the option in the e-shop will depend on the service you choose.



PACKETA (CZECH REPUBLIC)

You can pick up the package at a collection point near your home within the network of Packeta branches.

Packeta also offers delivery to your address. By prior arrangement, we can send the goods to you on delivery or you can pay by bank transfer and after the amount is credited we will send the parcel.

The shipment remains at the point of delivery according to the current conditions of Packeta. You will always be notified with your order by when you can pick up your shipment.
Shipments are usually delivered on the second or third working day after it is sent from our e-shop.

PACKETA (ABROAD)

In Slovakia, as in the Czech Republic, you can pick up your package at a collection point near your home within the network of branches of Zasilkovna (Packeta).

Specifically, in 2025, we can ship abroad to Slovakia, Austria, Poland, Germany, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and the United States of America (USA) thanks to Packeta.



ONE BY ALLEGRO - formerly WE DO (CZECH REPUBLIC)

Shipments from ONE by allegro are usually delivered the next business day after dispatch.

Within ONE by allegro, we can send the package to you in two ways:

PAYMENT METHODS

CARD PAYMENT ONLINE

The easiest and most reliable payment is always via the GoPay payment portal, where you can pay with a payment card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro...). In addition to the card number, you also enter its validity date and CVC code from the back into the payment gateway interface. Then you just confirm the payment with your bank.

If you do not want to pay through the GoPay payment portal, choose another payment method.

BANK TRANSFER

If you choose to pay in advance to your bank account, you will receive payment details by e-mail. You can also write down the data in the last fourth step of the order in the PAYMENT section when completing the order.

Payment transactions in CZK with banks in the Czech Republic - use this account for payment in Czech crowns:

107-6552600247/0100 (Komercni banka, a.s.). Enter your order number as a variable symbol.

If the payment is not credited to our account within 7 days at the latest, you will be notified of this fact. If the payment is not made even after our notification and the customer does not respond to the call, the order will be cancelled.

Always make the payment in your currency, i.e. if you are ordering from abroad, you will pay in € to our € account.

CASH ON DELIVERY

In CRYSTAL SHOP, we do not allow cash on delivery at the moment. If you need a longer term on your order, please contact us.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY ABROAD (OUTSIDE THE CZECH REPUBLIC)

We ship goods to most European countries. For the delivery of parcels, we primarily use the services of the company Zásilkovna, which enables delivery to an address and, in selected countries, also delivery to a Parcel shop branch. For heavier packages, it is possible to use the services of DPD or Czech Post - Recommended shipment abroad.í.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time depends not only on the carrier you choose, but also on the product. If you order goods that are in local stock, we will dispatch them on the same day we receive your order or payment.

If the item you have selected is in an external warehouse, we have the goods in our store within 2-3 working days depending on the brand. You can always find out the approximate delivery time directly with the product you have selected. You can find out the external stock levels (if this information is provided with the product) by clicking on the link provided. If you do not see external stock levels, please select a specific colour first. If this information cannot be found for a product, please contact us. We will check the availability of the product shortly.

Sometimes it may happen that the product you have selected will be available in external warehouses much later than the standard term or will be completely out of stock. In this case, we will contact you and either suggest an alternative product or refund the amount paid and cancel the order in consultation with you.

In case you do not want just plain textile or unprinted product, but CUSTOM DESIGN, we will wait for your details and attachments first. Once we have sorted everything out together, we will always wait for a proof to be sent to you for approval. Payment of your total order will always be handled individually.
