WHEN ORDERING A PRODUCT WITH OR WITHOUT YOUR OWN PRINT
Since the prices are created based on the individual wishes of each customer, you may find it difficult to order anything. But it´s easy! So how do you order a textile or other product with your own print or other application?
First of all, we need to know if you need the complete product, for example, a T-shirt with a print, or whether you are only interested in the material.
We have several scenarios for each type of customer, and based on them, you just need to decide which way is ideal for you. Alternatively, contact us and we will solve everything directly with you and we will be happy to help you.

I NEED A PRINT OR ANOTHER APPLICATION
1. I want one printed product with my own design
In the case of piece production, you have 2 options:
- Choose a material or product and e-mail us the link(s) from the Crystal Shop or a unique code in the form of ARTXXXXX (a 5-digit number) that you will see when you click on each product. Each size and color has a unique link, you don't have to worry that we won't know what you chose.
Attach the graphic file or files to the email and send it with additional details and all requirements. If you are worried that you might forget something, check out the ORDER and TEXTILE SELECTION sections on the Crystal Productions Merchandise Factory s.r.o. website.
You can always find how to supply graphic materials according to what you are looking for in the SPECIFICATIONS section on the Crystal Productions Merchandise Factory s.r.o. website. The specifications are different for different products, so you must first choose whether you are interested in textiles or promotional items, for example.
We will propose the TECHNOLOGY and production process based on what you send us. But if you have your own experience and prefer a certain type of technology, don't be afraid to mention it. - Use our configurator for your own theme in our special e-shop on STEFACHA UNITED ART HERE.
NOTE: In this case, the resulting price and order only apply to products that can be selected in the configurator. In case you want a different material, where the resulting price may increase or decrease, use option A and send us an email.
DON'T FORGET: If you order even a single item from us, you become a customer of Crystal Productions Merchandise Factory s.r.o. and VIP prices apply to you, which are much more favorable than if you just order a clean textie or other product!
2. I need to print more pieces of textiles or other goods (e.g. 10, 30, 50, 100, 1000 pcs...) and I want to know how much it will cost me and how long it will take to complete

3. I am a customer of Crystal Productions Merchandise Factory s.r.o. and I want to make an order as I am used
In this case, nothing changes for you and you can send us your request or order by e-mail as usual. The only way we can speed up the processing of your inquiry is the use of direct links to the Crystal Shop. Each link is unique for a given size, color and the product itself, and we will immediately know what you need. In addition to the link, you can also use a unique code in the form ARTXXXXX (5-digit number).

I NEED ONLY CLEAN TEXTILE OR OTHER PRODUCT
1. I want a few unprinted pieces for personal use or other use
In this case, nothing is easier! Just CHOOSE and click on whatever you want in the cart as in any other e-shop and continue according to the instructions on the screen.
2. I need a larger amount of pure material for further processing
If you are interested in more than 100 peaces of one product, contact us! We create special tailor-made prices for bulk buyers. Just get in touch. Otherwise, you can buy any amount of anything directly in the e-shop.
